Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Grinder

  Thoroughly clean the hopper and casing, then pack the unit in its original factory packaging including all manuals and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
